Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation terms are public before checkout starts.

This policy applies to purchases made for FLUENTREACT products, including Dispatch and Founding Access. FLUENTREACT is operated by duyicheng. For help, contact support@fluentreact.com.

Policy summary

  • New subscriptions can request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
  • If a renewal has already delivered a new monthly issue or fresh founding-access material, the latest renewal is normally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the end of the current paid period.
  • Refund requests should include the purchase email address and the reason for the request.

How requests are handled

Refunds are reviewed against the payment date, the plan purchased, and whether fresh monthly content or founding-access material has already been delivered for that billing period.

Where checkout is processed by Paddle, transaction handling, taxes, and payment method management may appear on the receipt under that merchant of record flow.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
